via UPS, FED EX and USPS to the intercontinental United States. For shipments to Hawaii,
Alaska or Post Office Boxes we will ship USPS. We are currently only shipping internationally to Canada, Sorry, NO other international
shipments.
During
checkout, before you give your credit card information, we will offer you
four different shipping options and their cost.
Available Shipping options are

Ground or Priority Mail-
It will take 5-7 days for your order to arrive, excluding Saturday & Sunday*
Note: We cannot guarantee shipping times for ground packages, so if you must have your
shipment by a particular date, you may want to consider 2-day or 3-day
select service.
3 Day Select-
3 full days in transit after your order leaves our warehouse, excluding
Saturday & Sunday (example: We ship your order Tuesday, tracking starts
on Wednesday- delivery will be on Friday)*
2nd Day Air
- 2 full days in transit after your order leaves our warehouse,
excluding Saturday & Sunday (example: We ship your order Tuesday, tracking starts on Wednesday- delivery will be on Thursday)*
Overnight delivery
- Delivery of your order will be the next business day, excluding Saturday &
Sunday*
*All
orders received before 1:00 p.m. PST are generally shipped the same business
day. Note: Shipping
days are Monday – Friday.
What orders "QUALIFY" for FREE SHIPPING? Qualifying orders have product totals equaling $75 or more and are shipped within the continental United States. Sorry, international orders cannot qualify for Free Shipping. All order receiving Free Shipping are sent via UPS ground.
Do we require a signature when your item is delivered? No, we don’t require a signature at the time of delivery BUT sometimes your UPS or FED EX delivery driver will. If no one is going to be home at the time of delivery we suggest you do one of the following: a) have it shipped to work b) have it shipped to a friend or neighbor that will be home incase a signature is required c) Leave a note on your front door telling the UPS delivery driver to please leave the package even though you are not home.
How can you track your package- We will supply tracking #s
if they are supplied by our delivery service. USPS- does not supply tracking #s UPS- will send you an email with your tracking # automatically when your order is picked up from our warehouse. This email is sent by QUANTUM VIEW NOTIFY. (This kind of email ends up in most people's junk or spam folder so be sure to double check them when looking for your email.
FED EX- An email will be sent out automatically, when your order is picked up from our warhouse.
PARTY DATE: As a courtesy to our customers, we collect your party date information in an optional field during checkout. Bachelorette Superstore will make every attempt to catch orders where the merchandise will arrive after the party, however the customer is ultimately responsible to select the correct shipping method and we cannot guarantee arrival of merchandise before the specified party date.
Charges from The Bachelorette Superstore
will appear on your credit card statement as ‘Bachelorette Superstore’.
We will accept returns on items that have been unused and are in re-sellable condition.
To return your unused items simply enclose a copy of your packing slip or invoice in the box with the items you are returning. (So we know who to credit back)

Refunds will only be given on returns that are postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
Items returned at buyer’s expense will be credited the full merchandise purchase price
less shipping and handling fees.
Orders that are returned to us via UPS and labeled "REFUSED", "NON-DELIVERABLE" or "NO ONE AVAILABLE TO SIGN", etc. will be credited the full merchandise purchase price less the shipping fees to the customer as well as the shipping fees for UPS to ship it back to us.
We will be more than happy to credit you back your full merchandise purchase price and your full shipping cost IF the reason you are needing to return it to us is do to a mistake we made or UPS made.
TOYS*, BODY PRODUCTS, LUBRICANTS, Clearance
products AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
(*We battery check all toys to ensure they are properly working prior to
shipping. If there are any problems with your toy, please call us and we
will do our best to help you with the manufacturer’s warranty)
