These White LED decorator Lights will illuminate the inside of any 11'' or larger latex balloon, but can also be used for general decorating purposes. Accent centerpieces and table decorations with light for your special event. This product now has 3 modes: Fast Flash, Slow Flash, or Continuous On. (The attached string is designed to prevent the light from being expelled from the balloon should the balloon pop.)
One light per pkg.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1. Unwind string from light and let it hang from light
2. Turn light on to mode you wish to use
3. Open mouth of balloon
4. Insert light into balloon letting string hang from mouth of balloon
5. Blow up balloon with helium or mouth (holding on to string)
6. Tie off balloon or use balloon clip to clamp it shut
7. Get ready to party!!!
