Can I ship to a Hotel/ VRBO/ Airbnb? Yes, we do that a lot! We recommend you speak with the Hotel/ VRBO/ Airbnb that you are staying at to get the correct mailing address and any other specific information we have on the shipping label. Use that address and any other information at the shipping address during checkout and put any other instructions in the Party/ Need by date box. And of course you can always call or email us with any extra info or concerns about the package.
When will my order ship? ALL ORDERS SHIP by 1 p.m. the same day as placed-Monday thru Friday. (Unless we contact you regarding an issue with your order) Our shipping is FAST! Most orders make it to their destination in 2-3 days using USPS Priority. Read our reviews under the tab "Why Order from Us?" and you'll see how many happy customers we've had!
What companies do you use for shipping? We ship via UPS and USPS to the intercontinental United States. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or Post Office Boxes we will ship USPS.

Can I pick up my order at the warehouse in Vancouver, WA? Yes, WAREHOUSE PICK UP IS FREE! if you're local or can get to Vancouver, WA to pick up your order- Use code VANCOUVER at checkout. We will pack up your order and having it waiting for you here at our location. (Vancouver, WA is right next door to Portland, OR)
Do we require a signature when your item is delivered? Yes, sometimes we do. We will contact you if a signature will be required for delivery of your order. But sometimes your UPS or FED EX delivery driver will, even if we don't. If no one is going to be home at the time of delivery we suggest you do one of the following: a) have it shipped to work b) have it shipped to a friend or neighbor that will be home incase a signature is required
How can you track your package- We will supply tracking #s via email. If you created an account during checkout then you should be able to log in and get your tracking information. If neither of these options work, please contact us. (instructions on how to contact us are below or on the contact us link above)
