Good quality for price but not free returns...

My biggest compliant is that I ordered multiple wig colors to see which ones we would want to use... the shipping to me was FREE but when I mailed back I had to pay $13 out of pocket!! I was not reimbursed for sending the items back.... The items were so reasonably priced I would have been better off keeping them and reselling... just don't think that's the best customer service. I wish I had known it was not free returns or I would have probably ordered from Amazon.
