United StatesAvoid! Awful service! I was super excited to order some items for a friend's bachelorette party. I had to receive these items by a certain deadline. On the website, I was pleased to see that when you are looking at an item, it gives you an exact timeline of when you receive the item. For example, I needed the item in 3 days and the countdown said, that if ordered in the next 8 hours, I would receive it in 2 days. Similar to Amazon! When I checked out for my order, it said that I would receive my order in exactly, and I quote" guaranteed two business days" which made sense since I'm in the same time zone and well before USPS cut-offs. That meant that my item would have arrived two days before my deadline. For this reason, I chose the appropriate shipping. In addition, there's an area that the owners put on the website where you list your exact day that you need the item so they get it to you on time. I marked the exact day. I felt so reassured that because the owners specialize in bachelorette parties, that they would understand time constraints and would experts in making sure things arrive on time because 1. it's a special/stressful/important day 2. I can't use these items for any other occasion if they don't arrive on time. The owners ended up shipping my items a day later and chose 3-day shipping so my items did not arrive on time and I was totally unable to use these items for my occasion despite choosing 2 day shipping, specifying when I needed the item, and seeing the countdown on the website that guaranteed my delivery. Given the circumstances, during COVID I understood that there may be some issues but the company did not contact me at all to notify me. I emailed them to try to work something out and get the package redirected to where my trip was or place an additional order with 1-day shipping. After not getting a response to my 10+ emails trying to find solutions, I came to the conclusion that they truly do not care about customer service at all. No response to any of my emails - not even an apology for shipping late, as any other company I've ordered from would do. I ordered from another company that also shipped things late and they were responsive to my emails, offered a free return, and were really accomodating. It's been a week and I have not heard back from them. Don't waste your time and spend more money at another store with better service.
